The 2021 XXXIV Red Wine opens with beautiful spice coated chocolate aromatics and red fruits. On the palate the wine shows power, depth, and stony minerality while remaining approachable. Given time to breath the palate softens and the fruit comes to the forefront. Aging potential 10-15 years.
