Yes. Memberships are flexible and may be cancelled at any time after your initial shipment. We simply ask that you contact us prior to your next scheduled shipment so we can update your membership accordingly.
Customization is available for 6- and 12-bottle memberships. Members in these tiers may adjust their shipments prior to processing, including swapping wines or adding additional bottles when available. Our team is happy to assist with personalization.

3,6 & 12 bottle membership shipments are sent three times per year, following each billing cycle in February, May, and September. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking information once your shipment is on the way.

Charges are processed in advance of each shipment, and members are notified prior to billing with time to make any eligible updates.
Absolutely. Members may upgrade or adjust their club tier at any time, subject to availability. Changes will take effect with your next shipment.
