This was is crafted to be full bodied with a youthful approachability to enjoy right away. Aromatics of bing cherries, rhubarb, spice box, and chocolate shavings; and flavors of bold blue and black fruits, charred oak, white pepper and crushed gravel. Aging potential 5-10 years.
Our XXXIV is a reference to Coach’s famous Super Bowl win with the St. Louis Rams in 2000. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah, this wine has quietly become one of our most sought after wines over the years. It is a great example of how integration of all the right elements can bring about exceptional results.
