All of the wines in our portfolio come from the Frediani and Luvisi vineyards in Calistoga. This flight gives you the opportunity to try four different varietals and blends that showcase this historical terroir.

Cabernet collectors, this one one is for you. This flight features all three of our top-tier, single vineyard, Cabernets and our Chardonnay from Dutton Ranch vineyard. Experience the difference that soil and a little distance makes when comparing these gorgeous Cabs side by side. You will experience the Jean Louis Vermeil, Pickett Road, and Rosedale Block

Chocolate truffles...wine...need we say more? Try our couples' favorite chocolate pairing for an after dinner dessert or mid-day treat. Three truffles paired with three wines. Cozy up on one of the couches, enjoy the patio, or sit at the bar!

Reservation only. Enjoy a private tasting of five wines (including our top level Cabernets) in our Signature Room with a dedicated Wine Educator and get an in depth history of the Vermeil story, our vineyards, and our winemaking process. This educational experience is 90 minutes and comes with a charcuterie board of artisan cheeses, cured meats, and other small snacks.
