The cabernet franc presents itself with a medium body and mild tannins. On the nose, Rose petal, red fruit, leather and clove spice. On the palate, dark fruits, plum, dark cherries, and black currant complimented by wet stone and subtle hints of white pepper.

We source our Cabernet Franc grapes from the small corner block fronting both Pickett Road and Rosedale Road in Calistoga from vines that are over 30 years old.
