The Signature Series wines consist of our top three Cabernets from single blocks in the historic Frediani Vineyards. Our two 100% Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings, the Rosedale Block and Pickett Road, are comprised of fruit from special row selections within two respetive blocks at Frediani Vineyards. Though blocks are close in proximity, the grapes that each produce have unique characteristics all their own. This, coupled with our winemaking team's non-interventionalist style, results in two Cabernets that beautifully express their origins and individuality. Our Jean Louis Vermeil is a blend of select Rosedale Block fruit and select Cabernet Franc fruit which produces a gorgeous wine that reveals the complementary strengths of each varietal.
